Spoon Carving Knife – Double Bevel (Made to Order)

This carving knife is designed for finishing spoons, cups, kuksas, and bowls, offering excellent control and comfort for detailed work. Its wide radius allows for clean cuts and smooth hollowing.

Specifications:
• Steel: 5160 spring steel – forged by hand
• Hardness: 60 HRC
• Edge: Double-sided bevel – razor sharp on both sides
• Radius: 65–70mm / 2.5’’
• Handle: Octagonal ash wood handle, 35cm / 13.8’’ – hand-shaped for secure grip
• Back Edge: Flat by default – can be made convex upon request (please specify when ordering)
